1. The Ooh Snail Race promotion is only open to UK residents, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this promotion.
2. The Ooh Snail Race will offer 52 prizes per year to 52 randomly selected winners, and these prizes will vary over time. The details of the respective prizes and dates during which they are available will be made clear in the entry instructions.
3. When a winner has been selected, players will be able to continue playing the game in order to win the next prize, which will be randomly offered to a player on average 52 times per year.
4. Entry: visit www.ooh.com and either register your details for free, or if you have already registered, log in, and then start the race by clicking the mouse. If your snail wins the race, you will win a prize.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Players may play up to 3 times each day. Additional plays may be awarded via the Friend Referral scheme, see below.
7. Friend Referral: Click the link on the homepage to send a message to a friend inviting them to register and play the Snail Race. When your friend registers you will automatically be issued with an additional entry for that day.
8. A Player may not win more than one prize in any one promotion, but may win further prizes in subsequent promotions.
9. Prizes are non transferable and no cash equivalent is available.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter will make every effort to provide a prize of comparative value and reserves the right to change prizes at its sole discretion.
11. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or qualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to game play or delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
13. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, terminate or suspect this promotion at any time.
15. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
